Adas Polo: Vegan Persian Food


  • 300g Basmati rise
  • 150g lentil
  • 2 tablespoons Dried dill
  • salt, cumin and, cinnamon

First, pour the lentils with 300g of water into a small saucepan and put it on medium heat until the lentils get cooked.

Wash the once rice then put it into a saucepan. Now, add cooked lentils, dried dill, 1 cm water, 1 teaspoon oil, one teaspoon salt, a pinch of cumin and, cinnamon to the rice and heat it for 35 minutes on medium heat. Serve it with vegetables.
