Instructions:

  1. Boil the Water:

   - In a medium saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

  1. Steep the Tea and Berries:

   - Remove the saucepan from heat and add the hibiscus tea bags and mixed berries.

   - Let the tea bags and berries steep in the hot water for about 5-7 minutes.

   - After steeping, remove the tea bags and strain out the berries if desired (leaving them in can add extra flavor and texture).

  1. Sweeten the Tea:

   - While the tea is still warm, add the honey or agave syrup.

   - Stir until the sweetener is completely dissolved.

  1. Cool the Tea:

   - Allow the tea to reach room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour.

  1. Mix the Mocktail:

   - In a large pitcher, combine the chilled hibiscus tea, sparkling water, and freshly squeezed lemon juice.

   - Stir gently to mix.

  1. Serve the Mocktail:

   - Fill glasses with ice cubes.

   - Pour the berry hibiscus tea mocktail over the ice.

   - Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves if desired.

  1. Enjoy:
