Cinnamon and cardamom Cake



  • 3 eggs
  • 200g Sugar
  • 250g self-raising flour
  • 224g Oil
  • 100g milk
  • 75g boiling water
  • 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
  • 5 seeds of Cardamom
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking powder

How to Bake:

First stage:

To make this delicious cake, first break the eggs in a bowl and mix them, then add sugar, vanilla, and cardamom and mix them for five minutes with a high-speed electric mixer.

Second stage:

Add the oil, milk and water and mix them for 3 minutes.

Third Stage:

Add flour, baking powder, and cinnamon to the material in three steps and stir until it is mixed well.

The fourth stage:

Pour the prepared cake material into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes.
