Coconut Cake


  • 3 eggs
  • 200g Sugar
  • 250g flour
  • 224g oil
  • 200g Milk
  • 200g Coconut powder
  • 1 tablespoon Cinnamon powder
  • ⅙ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla

How to cook:

First stage

To prepare a delicious coconut cake, put the eggs together with sugar and vanilla in a bowl, then stir it with the high speed of an electric mixer for 5 to 7 minutes until the material are mixed well.

Second stage

Now add the oil to the material along with the milk, then mix it with an electric mixer for 30 seconds until the ingredients are combined well.

Third level

In this step, pour flour and baking powder into the material, and mix them well together.

The fourth stage

Set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. let the oven heat up completely. then, we add coconut powder along with cinnamon powder to the cake material and mix them. put the cake in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes until it is completely baked.

Serve the coconut cake with freshly brewed saffron tea. Enjoy your meal.
