Coffee Cake



  • 3 eggs
  • 250g flour
  • 200g Sugar
  • 100g oil
  • 150g Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
  • 10 chopped walnuts

How to Cook:

Put the eggs together with sugar and vanilla in a bowl, then stir with an electric mixer for 10 minutes until the egg mixture becomes creamy and elastic.

Now add oil and milk to the bowl and mix with an electric mixer for 30 seconds.

Add flour along with coffee powder, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, and baking powder to the bowl gradually and mix them well. add the chopped walnuts to the bowl and stir it. Put the mold on the middle floor of the oven and let the cake gets cooked for 40 minutes at 180°c.
