Easy Almond Cake


  • 3 eggs
  • 250g self-raising flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g Milk
  • 224g vegetable oil
  • 50g  Almond powder
  • Two tablespoons of Flaked Almond
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract

How to bake:

First, stir the eggs with sugar and vanilla for 10 minutes with an electric mixer.  Add milk and oil to the material and stir them for another 10 minutes.

Now, pour gradually flour and baking powder to the bowl and mix them well.

 add almond powder into bowl and mix with other ingredients well. pour the material into mold then flour the flaked almond a little and add them on top of cake.

Now turn on the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius and put the material to it and let it gets baked for 50 minutes.
