Kuku Sabzi: A Persian Vegan Food


  -    250g chopped vegetables ( 100g coriander, 100g parsley and 50g spring onion)

  -    2 eggs

  -    1 tablespoon Barberry (optional)

  -    2 tablespoons Chopped Walnuts (optional)

  -   Salt, black pepper, and turmeric

How to cook:

First stage: chop the vegetables into small pieces, then fry them with some veg oil in a frying pan until the vegetables are slightly fried.
Second stage:

break the eggs in a bowl, then add some salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the eggs and mix the eggs well.

Third stage: chop the walnuts and add them along with barberry to the bowl. Now, add chopped vegetables to the bowl and mix the ingredients well.

Pour some oil into a frying pan and let it get heated. then, pour all the ingredients into the frying pan and let it get fried. You can serve it with bread and tomato.
