Lasagna in Persian Style


-      250g pack lasagna sheets

-      400g Minced meat

-      150g mozzarella cheese

-      100g Mushroom

-      2 medium onions

-      1 green bell pepper

-      2 cloves of garlic

-      2 tablespoons tomato puree

-      Salt, black pepper, turmeric, and cumin


How to cook:

First stage: Cut bell pepper and mushroom into small pieces and set aside. Now, grate the onions and fry them with a little oil in a large frying pan.

Second stage: grate the garlic and add it to the onion. After frying a little, add the minced meat to the garlic and onion. Fry the minced meat well until it changes color and is fried.

Third stage: add mushrooms and bell pepper to the ingredients and fry them. Now, add tomato puree along with salt, black pepper, turmeric, and cumin to the ingredients and fry them for 5 minutes.

Fourth stage: fill a large bowl with boiled water and put the lasagna sheets in the bowl for 5 minutes until they become soft. It is better to put the lasagna sheets one by one in the dish so that they do not stick together when they soften.

Fifth stage: put one of the lasagna sheets on the bottom of the dish and pour mozzarella cheese and the ingredients on the lasagna sheet and smooth it with the back of a spoon so that it spreads evenly in all parts of the lasagna sheet. Now, pour mozzarella cheese on the ingredients and put a lasagna sheet on it. In the same way, fill the dish with lasagna sheets, mozzarella cheese, ingredients, and mozzarella cheese.

At the end, a sheet of lasagna should be placed on the dish, fill it with a lot of sauce, so that it does not dry during cooking, then cover the lasagna with a lot of mozzarella cheese. cover it with aluminum foil and make some small holes in the foil. put it into the oven for 30 minutes at 180°c.
