Macaroni: A Vegan Persian Spaghetti


- 250g Spaghetti

- 250g Chunky tomato, garlic sauce

- 25g Soy mince

- 1 Onion

- Turmeric, salt, black pepper, cumin and dried chives


 1. Put soy mince in a bowl and fill it with water for 20 minutes.

 2.Chop onion. Pour some oil into a frying pan and put chopped onion into it.  heat it for 5 minutes. Then add soy mince, salt, turmeric, black pepper, and  cumin to the frying pan for 15 minutes. Now add sauce and allow it to get fried for another 10 minutes.

 3.Put spaghetti in a saucepan and add 400g water to it. Add one teaspoon of salt and one teaspoon of oil to the pasta. let it get cooked for 15 minutes (until spaghetti gets soft).

 Now empty the water of the spaghetti and put it on the heat and add its sauce to it and let it get cooked together for 10 minutes.
