Olivier Salad


  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 4 medium pickled cucumbers
  • 3 chicken sausage
  • 2 carrots
  • Enough Mayonnaise sauce
  • Half of a teaspoon of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper


Put the potatoes and eggs in a pot and add 300g water let them get boiled on the hob.

After potatoes and eggs are boiled, grate them and put them in a large bowl.

Grate the pickled cucumber and carrots and add them to the materials. Now chop the sausage and add it to materials.

Mix mayonnaise, salt and black pepper in a small bowl, then add to the ingredients in the bowl. Mix the ingredients well. put the salad in the fridge for a few hours. then serve with tomatoes, pickled cucumbers and bread.
