Peach and Ginger Tea-Infused Mocktail


  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bags of ginger tea (or 2 teaspoons of loose leaf ginger tea)
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


  1. Brew the Tea:

    • Boil water and pour it over the ginger tea bags or loose tea contained in a tea infuser. Allow it to steep for about 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags or infuser and let the tea cool.
  2. Sweeten the Tea:

    • While the tea is still warm, mix in the honey if desired, stirring until it’s fully dissolved. This step is optional and based on your preference for sweetness.
  3. Infuse with Peach:

    • Add the sliced peaches to the brewed tea and let them infuse as the tea cools. For a stronger peach flavor, lightly mash the peach slices into the tea.
  4. Chill:

    • Refrigerate the tea and peach mixture for at least 1 hour to enhance the flavors and cool it down.
  5. Prepare the Mocktail:

    • In a pitcher or individual glasses, combine the cooled tea and peach infusion with the lemon juice. Stir well.
  6. Serve:

    • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the ice. Top off each glass with sparkling water for a refreshing fizz.
  7. Garnish:

    • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional peach slices if desired.
