Step1: Pour sugar, water and vinegar into the saucepan on low heat. Meanwhile, do not stir the ingredients too much.

Step2: As the ingredients gets thick and the sugars melt, add saffron to your ingredients.

Step3: Now pour the ingredients on the tray in desired shapes.

After cooling, your saffron Poolaki are ready.


If Poolki stays on the heat for a long time, it will taste bitter, and if it stays on the heat for a short time, it will not become crispy.
