Raisin and Walnut Cake


  • 3 eggs
  • 250g self-raising flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 200g Milk
  • 124g vegetable oil
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking powder
  • 75g raisin
  • 50g Chopped walnut

 How to bake:

First stage: add the eggs to the bowl and stir for 4 minutes, then add sugar and vanilla extract to it and stir them until you have an elastic and soft texture.

Second stage: add milk and veg oil to the bowl and stir for 5 minutes until the ingredients are mixed well.

Third stage:  add the flour and baking powder to the cake ingredients 3 times and mix them well. Use a spatula for mixing ingredients better.

Fourth stage: Mix raisins and walnuts with one or two teaspoons of flour so that they do not settle in the bottom of the cake. then pour the chopped walnuts along with the raisins into the cake ingredients and mix them well.

Fifth stage: turn on the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, put the cake mold into it and let it gets baked for 45 minutes.
