Sabzi polo Mahi Recipe


- 225g Basmati rice

- 2 pieces of salmon

- 1 teaspoon dried dill

- Enough dried basil, salt, black pepper, Turmeric and oil


rinse the rice once then add 1 cm water to rice and put it on pot. Add salt, dried dill and some turmeric and oil. put pot on the heat and let the water boil. When the rice grains are soft, turn off the hob.

Drizzle salt, black pepper, turmeric and basil to salmon and put into oven in

200 C for 15 minutes.

You can decorate your dish with fresh parsley and lemon.
