Tea-Infused Berry Spinach Salad
Ingredients:
For the Tea-Infused Dressing:
- 1/2 cup brewed black tea (cooled)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Salad:
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese

Instructions:
